Our Mission

We are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of unsheltered Veterans or those at risk of homelessness in the United States of America.  Our mission is to provide shelter and comprehensive wraparound services to these individuals, empowering them to live with victory, intention, and purpose.

At the heart of our program is the commitment to support and honor the men and women who have served our country selflessly.  We believe that every Veteran deserves a safe and stable place to call home, along with the necessary resources to rebuild their lives.  By addressing both immediate and long-term needs, we strive to create a lasting impact and foster sustainable change.

One of our primary goals is to provide shelter to unsheltered Veterans. We recognize that homelessness among Veterans is a critical issue, and we work tirelessly to ensure that no Veteran has to endure the hardships of living on the streets. Our dedicated team of professionals and volunteers collaborate with local communities and organizations to secure safe and comfortable housing options. We aim to provide not just a physical roof over their heads but also a welcoming and supportive environment where Veterans can regain their sense of dignity and stability.

In addition to shelter, our program offers comprehensive wraparound services that address the unique challenges faced by Veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. We understand that housing alone is often not sufficient to break the cycle of homelessness. Therefore, we provide a range of support services designed to meet the specific needs of each individual.  These services may include, but are not limited to:

1

Case Management

Our experienced case managers work closely with each Veteran to develop personalized action plans, identify goals, and connect them with the necessary resources. They provide ongoing support, advocacy, and assistance in navigating various systems and programs.

2

Employment and

Job Training

We offer vocational training, job placement assistance, and career counseling to help Veterans obtain stable employment. By equipping them with the skills and resources they need to reenter the workforce, we empower Veterans to achieve economic self-sufficiency.

3

Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment

We recognize the significant impact that mental health issues and substance abuse can have on a person's ability to maintain stable housing. Our program provides access to counseling, therapy, and treatment programs to address these challenges and promote overall well-being.

4

Healthcare and

Benefits Assistance

We help Veterans navigate the complex healthcare system and connect them with the appropriate medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Additionally, we assist them in accessing benefits and entitlements they may be eligible for, such as VA healthcare, disability benefits, and other supportive programs.

5

Life Skills and

Financial Education

We offer workshops and training sessions on various life skills, including financial management, budgeting, and tenant rights. These programs equip Veterans with the knowledge and tools necessary to manage their finances effectively and maintain long-term housing stability.
